blueberry shake

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup of nut milk

  • handfull of frozen blueberries

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp cardamom

  • 1 tsp hemp powder

Instructions:

No instructions needed, place everything into a blender, smoothie maker or whatever you have handy!!! No extra sweeteners are needed.
