apple-spinach smoothie


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 green apple

  • 1/4 cup of fresh spinach

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 1/2 tsp green matcha powder

  • honey or other sweetener

  • lime zest

  • a slice of lime for decoration!

Instructions:

Add all ingredients in the food processor or use a hand blender and blend until you have a nice cohesive texture. That's it! Optionally you can add some ice in your glass and top with chia seeds.
