pumpkin espresso

Pumkins have come to stay. It has been a long time since I posted a beverage and that's exactly what I'll be doing today. Ideal for the first cold days of winter, this nutritious drink will fill you with energy and positive mood.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree

  • 1/2 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup espresso coffee

  • 1 tbs honey

  • cinnamon

  • ginger

Instructions:


Mix the pumpkin puree with the milk and the honey, cinnamon, ginger. Heat them for a couple of minutes without boiling them. Then blend them altogether to create a fine foamy liquid. You can use a food processor or a mixer. Add the mixture to the mug with the coffee and serve with more cinnamon!
