my morning wellness drink

I had no idea how many the benefits of turmeric were. Search google yourself and you will realize as well that we are talking about real gold! My morning drink usually consisted of hot honey and lemon, but now it has been enriched a bit.



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of hot water

  • 1 tbs honey

  • 2 tbs lemon juice

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • cinnamon

  • stevia (optional)

Instructions:

In the mug with hot water we place all the other ingredients and mix. Because the turmeric's taste is intense we may need to add some more honey or stevia. Drink it hot in the morning as soon as you wake up and leave the industrial vitamins in the cupboard !!


Tips

* You can also add ginger c whose benefits to our organism are also countless.
