pumpkin sauce pasta


Ingredients:


  • 35 gr rice noodles

  • 150 gr pumpkin puree

  • 80 gr zoodles

  • 10 shrimps

  • 3 cocktail tomatoes halved

  • grated ginger

  • hot curry

  • chilly flakes

  • saffron

Instructions

In a hot pan add the pumpkin puree, the rice noodles and the shrimps along with some water and boil for 15 minutes. Then add tomatoes, curry, chilly flakes and saffron plus the zoodles and simmer for a couple of minutes. Remove from fire, transfer to a bowl and serve with grated ginger.
