fruit tart



Ingredients:


  • 100 whole wheat flour

  • 100 gr rye flour

  • 50 gr peanut butter

  • 180 ml water

  • 3 tbs flax seeds

  • fruits of your choise

  • 10 gr coconut sugar



Instructions:


Mix the water with the flax seeds and leave for 10 to 15 minutes aside until the flaxseed absorbs the liquids.


Pour the flour into a bowl, add the peanut butter, the flaxseed and mix until you get a uniform dough.

Work the dough and open it into a round sheet with a diameter of 20 cm. Cut fruits of your choice and mix them with the coconut sugar .

Cover the surface of the tart with the fruit leaving a margin of 2 cm at the edges for a better crust. Roll the edges of the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
