Chocolate-oat pudding


Ingredients

  • 25gr unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 50gr ground oats or oat flour

  • pinch of salt

  • 2.5 cups almond milk

  • 3 tbs maple syrup or agave syrup

  • 50gr dark chocolate

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract



Instructions

In a saucepan, add cocoa powder, ground oats and salt. Slowly mix in milk, stirring all the time and add the maple syrup. Place over medium heat and bring to simmer, let it bubble for 1-2 minutes constantly whisking. Remove from heat and add in dark chocolate and vanilla. mix everything well until melted and smooth. Pour the hot pudding into the containers of your choice. Let it chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
