tahini-chocolate truffles
If you like having a piece of chocolate to accompany your morning coffee (like I do), then you may well have a go with one of these truffles!
You may also make your children believe that they are true chocolate balls, they won't tell the difference :p

Ingredients:
135 gr oats
60 gr tahini (I used light)
3 tbs agave syrup (or raw honey)
30 gr flax seeds
1 tsp hemp protein
35 gr cocoa powder
2 tsp sesame seeds
water

Instructions:
Roast the oats in the oven at 180 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Let them rest a bit, and then transfer it to a large bowl, add the tahini, maple syrup, protein and flax seeds. You may add some water as well to make the mixture more solid. I used a blender for half of the mixture and then combined both. After all that, shape small balls. Put the cocoa in a smaller bowl and pass the balls through it, covering their surface. Store in the fridge for quite many days!
