broccoli pops


Ingredients:

  • 1small broccoli head, thawed, drained, and dried

  • 1 onion

  • 2 eggs

  • parmezan

  • nutritional yeast

  • 1 shredded carrot

  • celeri

  • thyme

  • paprika

  • garlic

  • jalapenos

  • panko

Instructions:

  1. Place the broccoli into a food processor and add the chopped onion. Pulse until everything is chopped up finely.

  2. Beat together the eggs and the add in all the other ingredients apart from the carrot and panko. Add the shredded carrot and mix with a spatula.

  3. Place in the refrigerator to bind the mixture for at least an hour.

  4. Form your pops in the shape of your preference.

  5. Roll the balls in the panko coating them well.

  6. Place balls on a tray and freeze again for a better cohesion.

  7. Heat an Air Fryer or your oven for a couple of minutes. Place the pops in one layer in the basket (or on a paper sheet in the oven) and fry at 400 for 15 minutes until golden

  8. Serve with a sauce.
