indian style, curried chicken

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast

  • 1 tsp garlic paste

  • ground ginger

  • 1 tsp biryani masala

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 2 tbs yogurt

  • chilly flakes

  • aubergine

  • carrot

  • onion

  • cucumber

  • lemon juice

  • coriander

  • ground pepper

​Instructions:


Put the chicken in a bowl adding the garlic, ginger, biryani masala, turmeric and yogurt. Toss together and leave it in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 mins (can be left in the fridge overnight). Use an air fryer in full heat to cook the chicken ( alternatively heat your oven to 180C and use a baking paper).

Cut your veggies in your preferred way and add them in the airfryer when the chicken is halfway done. Check from time to time so as not to burn anything!

Use another 2 tbs of yogurt and toss with lemon juice, more ginger, coriander and ground pepper.

Mix the veggies with the yogurt dressing, add the fine cut cucumber and enjoy!
