spirulina-chia apple pudding


Ingredients:

  • apple sauce (for the recipe use this link)

  • 1,5 cup of coconut milk

  • 1 tsp spirulina powder

  • 1/4 cup of chia seeds

  • sweetener of your choice


Instructions:

Mix the milk, chia, spirulina and sweetener in one bowl. Let them rest for 10 minutes in the fridge. Then add the apple sauce in your jars and finish with the chia pudding.
