brownie made out of chickpeas

Ingredients:

  • 200 g boiled and drained chickpeas

  • 1 egg

  • 18 gr low cal. cocoa powder

  • 35 g coconut sugar (or brown sugar)

  • 1 cup of coconut milk (or almond or rice)

  • 1 tbs baking powder

  • 1 pinch of salt

Instructions:


In a deep bowl, wisp all the ingredients with a hand blender until you get a smooth mixture. Place a baking sheet on a small tray and pour into the brownie mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven, allow to cool for about 25 minutes and then cut into 12 equal squares.
