crispy sweet potatoes
Ingredients:
sweet potatoes
nutritional yeast
chilly powder
cayenne pepper
Instructions:
Slice the potatoes into small wedges about and place them in a steamer. Steam approximately for 5 minutes until slightly tender but not cooked. At the same time preheat your oven to 200 degrees and line a baking sheet.
Transfer the potatoes to the baking sheet and top with nutritional yeast, chili powder, and cayenne pepper. You may add any other desired seasonings.
Bake approximately for 15 minutes. Then remove from oven and increase heat to 250 degrees. Flip the potatoes to the other side so they are baked evenly and leave them another 15 minutes in the oven.
Serve with guacamole or yogurt sauce.
