peanut-butter bars

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbs peanut-butter

  • 80gr raw honey

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 100gr mix of oats, granola, puffed rice

  • 30gr nuts

  • 15gr coconut flakes

  • 5 gr almond flakes

  • 5 gr pumkin seeds

  • 30gr raisins

Instructions:


Place the peanut butter, honey and vanilla in a saucepan over a low heat. Heat them until the peanut butter has softened and the ingredients are well combined. Meanwhile, place the oat mix, nuts, pumpkin seeds, raisins, coconut and almond flakes in a bowl and mix them until well combined. Preheat the oven to 180°C and line a tray with baking paper. Pour the first mixture into the second one and mix until well combined. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press down using a glass. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until it gets a golden texture. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely before you cut it into smaller pieces. You may keep your bars in the freezer for more than one month or in the fridge for one week.
