tart with chocolate and peanut butter

Ingredients:


For the brownie

  • 6 tbs butter

  • 170 g dark chocolate

  • 1/4 cup stevia

  • 2 tsp vanilla or vanilla extract

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/4 cup cocoa

  • 3 tsp all purpose flour

  • pinch of salt

  • 100 g chocolate flakes

For the peanut-butter cream


  • 1 cup of peanut butter

  • 1 1/2 cup cream 36% fat

  • 1/4 cup stevia

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • pinch of salt

For the ganache

  • 2 tbs peanut -butter

  • 200 g of dark chocolate

  • 200 ml cream

Instructions:

Start preparing the brownie. Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and add some melted butter on the tart pan. Use a bowl, mix the cocoa, flour and salt. Leave it aside.

Melt the butter and the chocolate in a saucepan and stir until the mixture becomes smooth. Remove from fire and let it cool for some minutes. Then add the eggs (lightly beaten), the stevia and the vanilla and stir again to make it as smooth as possible.

Add the mixture with cocoa and flour and stir again.Finally, add the chocolate flakes and mix one last time. Put the mixture in the tart pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Remove and leave to cool a bit.

In the meantime prepare the cream. Use a saucepan, mix the cream, peanut butter and mix in a low heat until the it gets smooth. Remove and add salt, vanilla and peanut-butter and stir again.Pour it over the brownie and put it in the fridge to freeze.

Last prepare the ganache. Put the cream in a saucepan to boil. Once it boils, pour in the chocolate and peanut butter and stir well to melt the chocolate.Let it rest a little and pour over the cold tart. Put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
