honey-soy noodles
For this recipe you will need one pan and one pot. With this dish you get everything: protein, carbs and vegetables.
Ingredients:
1 skinless chicken breast
egg noodles
3 tbs raw honey
1 bell pepper
1 onion
boiled corn
cabbage
carrot
ginger
ground pepper
garlic
sesame oil
3-4 tbs soy sauce
sesame
Instructions:
Slice the chicken into strips and cut the carrots, pepper, cabbage and onions into thin strips. Heat the sesame oil in a pan. Add the chicken and fry until slightly browned. The add the pepper and onion and cook for some minutes. Boil some water in the pot and boil your noodles for one minute. Add the carrot, cabbage, corn,
honey, garlic,ginger and pepper to the pan and stir-fry for 1 minute. Then transfer the noodles to the pan and also pour some of their water and cook all-together for another 4-5 minutes. Also don't forget to add the soy sauce.
Serve with sesame and use your chopsticks to enjoy!
