cardamom-pineapple chia seed pudding


Another cutie added in my cookbook :)


Ingredients:

  • 3/2 unsweetened almond milk (or coconut milk)

  • 3 tbs chia seeds

  • 1 tsp ground cardamom

  • raw honey

  • frozen or fresh chopped pineapple

Instructions:

Whisk together all the ingredients except for the pineapple. Let it rest for 5 minutes and the whisk again to redistribute the seeds. Put some pineapple in the bottom of your jars and add the chia mixture. Let them in the fridge overnight!

You can top with nuts or coconut flakes.
