mushroom curry
Ingredients:
mushrooms of your choice
light coconut milk
curry
ginger
turmeric
grounded pepper
parmesan
coriander
bean sprouts
Instructions:
Saute the mushrooms using a non-stick pan. Then add the milk and the seasonings and lower the temperature. Simmer for 10-15 minutes. Let it rest for some minutes adding the parmesan to get a thicker sauce and avoid using salt! Serve with bean sprouts which are crunchy and have many health benefits.
