cauliflower rice and asian-style honey chicken

Ingredients:

  • chicken breast cut into smaller pieces

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 1 tsp soy sauce

  • garlic powder

  • pepper

  • carrot

  • broccoli

  • peas

  • avocado

  • cauliflower

  • dill

  • olive oil

  • sesame

Instructions:

The previous night marinate the chicken with the honey, soy sauce, garlic and pepper cover with a plastic sheet and keep in the fridge. Bake the chicken in the oven at 200 degrees until the point you wish or until it gets a golden color. Boil or put the broccoli, carrot and peas in the steamer. For the cauliflower rice, first cut it into florets and then use the food processor to make it look like a crumble. Use a non-stick pan and drizzle with olive oil, then place the cauliflower and fry until there is no moist in it. Season with fresh grounded pepper. Alternatively you may use the oven at 200 degrees. Put everything into a plate and finish with some dill and sesame!

*Instead of garlic powder you can use a garlic clove and remove it before baking the chicken.
