bullhorn stuffed peppers
Ingredients:
2 large red bullhorn peppers
feta cheese
1 tbs Philadelphia
parsley
milk (of your choice)
freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 190ºC. Place peppers on a baking tray lined with baking paper .Place all the ingredients expect from the peppers in a medium bowl. Mix well and season to taste.
Stuff the peppers with the filling. Bake for approximately 30 minutes or according to your tastes.
