cauliflower buffalo wings
Ingredients:
1/2 cauliflower divided into florets
1 egg
panko or breadcrumbs
salt
pepper
smoked paprika
turmeric
Instructions:
Preheat your over at its maximum temperature. Cut the cauliflower and set it aside. Wisk the egg and add all the seasonings into it. Then put the panko in another bowl. First dip the cauliflower florets in the egg mixture and after that transfer it to the panko. Be sure that it is perfectly coated. Then transfer the florets to a baking sheet and put it in the oven. Bake for approx. 20 minutes, and periodically flip sides.
Serve with a barbecue or yogurt sauce!
