chicken-zucchini fettuccine
Ingredients:
1/2 zucchini thinly sliced lengthways
1 carrot sliced lengthways
sundried tomatoes (or fresh cocktail tomatoes)
150 gr chicken
sesame
basil
turmeric
ground pepper
lemon juice
extra virgin olive oil
Instructions:
Cut the chicken into cubes and marinate it with the oil, pepper and turmeric. Use a baking paper and roast it in the oven at 200 degrees until it is done. Meanwhile mix the zucchini and carrot slices with the tomatoes. Then add the chicken and top with sesame some fresh basil and lemon juice.
