carrot chips


Ingredients:

  • 4-5 peeled carrots, thinly sliced

  • 1 tbs extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric




Instructions:


Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. In a medium bowl, toss all the ingredients and then season with salt and pepper, paprika and turmeric. Spread them on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake until crispy, 10 to 15 minutes. You can serve with a yoghurt sauce.
