no-bake oat bars


One thing that I can guarantee, is that you will absolutely love the texture of these bars. They are so smooth and you can feel all the ingredients! One is never enough (at least for me), so I hope you will also enjoy my new small friends.

Ingredients:

  • 220 gr dates, pitted

  • 2 cups rolled oats

  • 2 tbs coconut oil

  • 1 cup of other cereal mix with raisins, fruit, nuts

  • 2 tbs shredded almonds

  • 2 tbs raw honey

  • goji berries

  • sunflower seeds ,linseeds, chia seeds

  • cinnamon

Instructions:


Process dates in a food processor until the form a mass. In a big bowl put all the ingredients together.

Pulse and process all the ingredients together until the texture is coarse. Transfer the mixture to a baking paper and press them until you get an even ''geometry''. Wrap, and let firm up in fridge or freezer for 15-20 minutes.Then cut it into the size that you wish and keep your bars stored in the fridge for up to five days in an airtight container. Don't forget that you never baked your ingredients!
