chocolate-orange chia seed pudding

So, I was at the supermarket the other day and I found a cacao powder (chocodrink) WITH NO SUGAR. I really don't like consuming sugar it's true. And of course this was quite an excuse to prepare some more lovely chia seed puddings! Here is the recipe.

Ingredients:

  • 300 ml almond milk

  • 80 gr chia seeds

  • 1 tbs honey

  • 3 tbs cacao powder

  • 2 tbs mango-orange juice (or simple orange juice)

  • orange zest

  • vanilla sugar



Instructions:


Combine all ingredients to a bowl and whisk them. Then simply divide the cream into smaller bowls and refrigerate for at least 5 hours before eating. Top with orange zest and slices!!

* Below you can see exactly what I used, so if you live in Sweden it's not hard to find the exact ingredients. NO SUGAR ADDED!!!
