roasted cod with tahini sauce and steamed vegetables

It's not that i love cod but once in a while I crave to eat fish. That's what I've found yesterday in the market and thought to create a really simple dish for a healthy Saturday meal. Tahini sauce is the dominant element of this dish, and I felt extremely proud of myself when i thought of including it. The combination of the fish and the sauce is amazing and I hope you'll like it too!!

Ingredients:
1 cod fillet
1 tsp tahini
1 tsp lemon juice
vegetables of your choice
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees. On a baking sheet place some salt and on top of it the cod fillet. Turn the oven to grill mode and leave the cod there until it is opaque.
Put your vegetables in the steamer for as long as you want or simply boil them.
For the tahini sause all it takes is to mix the tahini with the lemon and add some lukewarm water. You are ready to serve. You can season with the spices you prefer.
