roasted cauliflower
Another recipe with cauliflower. A vegetable low in fat, but with a high content of vitamin C, B and K.
Simple but delicious this recipe will alter the opinion you may have for this nutritional treasure.
Ingredients:
1/2 cauliflower (separated into florets)
1 tbs curry powder
1 tbs mustard powder
1/2 lime (the juice)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. In a bowl mix the cauliflower florets with the seasonings. Use a baking sheet and put the cauliflower in the oven.Bake for 25 minutes (approximately) , stirring halfway through. You can serve with yoghurt or mustard!
Tips:
The use of olive oil isn't mandatory but you could use 1 tbs. The same applies for salt.
