apple-cinnamon chia seed pudding
Brand new start with a new school this semester and all I need is something sweet to fill my morning with positive energy. Apple, cinnamon and chia seeds,
a unique combination with a smooth texture.
Ingredients:
1 cup almond milk
2 green apples
1 tsp honey
cinnamon
3 tsp chia seeds
Instructions:
Cut the apples and cook them with 1/2 cup of water along with the honey for 5 minutes. Place them in a container .add all the remaining ingredients and mix until the seeds are evenly distributed in the mixture. Place the mixture in the fridge overnight.
