banana pancakes


A two-ingredient recipe that takes no more than 10 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana

  • 2 eggs

Instructions:

In a dish smash the banana with a fork. Add the 2 eggs and beat until you get a uniform mixture. In a non-stick pan and with minimal oil (1 tsp for all pancakes), with a scoop of ice-cream, add spoonfuls of the mixture once and bake for a few minutes on low to moderate heat until they get a nice gold color. Turn on the other side and do the same. Serve with fruits, nuts honey or ice-cream.
