This can not be considered a recipe, therefore I will call it a 'suggestion'. There are many days that i have only some small amounts of vegetables left and the truth is that I have no appetite eating them as a salad. Something in a form of a sandwich, I think could work better! What I'm doing is something between a Greek ''dolma'' and a burrito and I guess you've already figured out what it's about.
Ingredients:
Cabbage white or red
Carrot truncated
avocado
eggplant
Zucchini
onion
spinach
chicken
turkey
tomato
cucumber
any kind of sauce (mayonnaise, mustard, yogurt ....)
Instructions:
Remove some large leaves from the cabbage and boil them or put them in the steam cooker. When they are ready and cooled, spread the amount you want on a baking paper, as below:
Then add the sause of your choice and then all your favorite materials. You can choose anything you want, this has to do with your personal preferences.
I used roasted eggplant, zucchini and onions. Additionally some cabbage and carrot, avocado and grilled chicken. Then you wrap the cabbage as a burrito and at the point you get to the end you wrap it with the baking paper.
Finally we cut it in the middle and it is ready. Easy , isn't it?
