lime chia seed pudding
I am really excited about the result that gives a simple blend of chia seeds with milk, for that I share another recipe with you. These little fellas are 100% part of my breakfasts and snacks!
Ingredients:
2 cups almond milk
1 tbs lime juice
1/3 cup chia seeds
2 tbs honey
zest of half lime
Instructions:
Put all the ingredients in a bowl.Whisk to completely combine chia seeds with milk. Let it sit for half an hour in the refrigerator and then whisk again to redistribute the seeds. Split into smaller bowls and put them again in the refrigerator for one night, or at least for 5 hours. Serve with fruits, cereals, nuts!
