chocolate chia seed pudding

An easy recipe which is both delicious and super healthy!
Ingredients:
1,5 cup almond milk (360 ml)
1/3 cup chia seeds (24 gr)
1/4 cup cocoa powder
cinnamon
2-5 tbs honey or maple syrup
salt
1/2 tbs vanilla extract (optional)
Instructions:

Place all our ingredients in a bowl and mix. If you want, you can put them in the mixer too, but I do not have one so i use my hands!. Put it in the refrigerator for half an hour and then stir again and divide into bowls then place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight to let gel. You can enjoy them either as they are or serve with nuts and fruits.
