banana ice cream
The time has come for me to launch the category 'desserts'. Summer is still running, and because I love both ice cream and bananas, I suggest this fast recipe.
Ingredients:
3 bananas
1tbs cocoa
1 tbs honey
1 tbs raisins
1 tbs chia seeds
Instructions:
Take the bananas and cut them into pieces. Then put them in the freezer and let them freeze. When ready, remove them from the freezer and transfer them to mixers with cocoa and honey.
It takes no more than 3 minutes for the mix to be ready. Then put the mixture in a suitable utensil to be frozen, and add the chia seeds. Mix with a spatula and transfer to freezer. In 2-3 hours we can enjoy it!
Tips:
You can serve with honey and nuts. Prefer unsalted nuts, like mainly almonds, hazelnuts and walnuts.
*Chia seeds belong to the superfoods category and, while not having a special taste, they add a unique texture to our meals. Beyond that they have high fiber content, ω-3 and ω-6 fat as well as iron and magnesium.
