super crispy sweet potatoes

Who can resist french fries? I can't. From the moment I started avoiding the deep fry cooking method, the truth is that all I missed was fried potatoes. So I started making them ''fried ''in the oven and I just loved them ever since. This recipe is an alternative with sweet potatoes, which are much more delicious and their nutritional benefits are far more than those that simple potatoes have.


Ingredients:

  • sweet potatoes

  • olive oil

  • thyme

  • turmeric

  • carry powder

  • salt

Instructions:


Cut the potatoes into sticks and rinse them in plenty of cool water. Then dry them using a towel. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees. In a bowl mix well all your ingredients. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet and leave in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Bake them until they are crispy and tender. That's it! Easily without oil, we are ready to enjoy the finest and healthiest "fried potatoes.


Tips

To add more flavor, serve with a yogurt / lime sauce and believe me you will never again eat any other kind of potatoes.
